Chapter 1 (8 hours)
Asanas with Textual Reference from Hatha Yoga Pradipika

i Classification of asanas.
ii Important asanas in the context of Kundalini awakening.
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected asanas with reference to Hatha yoga pradipika.
iv Commonalities of asanas with other texts.

Chapter 2 (8 hours)
Asanas with Textual Reference from Hatha Ratnavali

i Classification of asanas
ii Important asanas in the context of Kundalini awakening
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected asanas with special reference to Hatharatnavali.
iv Commonalities of asanas with other texts.

Chapter 3 (7 hours)
Asanas with Textual Reference from Gheranda Samhita

i Classification of asanas
ii Important asanas in the context of Kundalinii awakening
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected äsanas with special reference to Gheranda Samhita.
iv Commonalities of asanas with other texts

Chapter (7 hours)
Asanas with Textual Reference from Shiva Samhita and Goraksha Samhita

i Classification of asanas.
ii Important asanas in the context of Kundalini awakening.
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected asanas with reference to Shiva samhita and Goraksha samhita.
iv Commonalities of asanas with other texts.
