Unit 1: (90 hours)
Yoga Practices
a. Teaching methods of Yoga to different age groups. Model lesson planning and adoption.
b. Teaching Practice of Asanas – Relaxational, Corrective, Meditational, Cultural.

• Näti - Jala, Sutra, Ghrita Näti
• Dhauti- Vamana, Vastra, Danda Dhauti
• Nauli - Madhya, Dakshina, Vama Nauli and Nauli Sanchalana
• Trataka - Bindu, Jyothi
• Kapalbhati
• Basti
d. Pránáyáma – Nadishodhana, Anuloma - Viloma and Kumbhaka pránáyáma
e. Mudrás, Bandhas, Nadanusandhana
f. Meditation

h. Practicals with record
i. Desertations

Unit 2:(90 hours)
Yoga Therapy
a. Yogic practices in different diseases – Indications and contraindications
b. Therapeutic exercises in different disease, related to knee joints, cervical & Lumbar spinal problems, shoulder & elbow problems, wrist and fingers, plantar fascitis
c. Shatkriyas – to add: Sankha Prakshalana & Laghu Sankha Prakshalana
