Unit 1:(30 hours)
Basis of Yoga Therapy
1. Role of Asanas in various diseases.
2. Specific importance of Pranayama in the management of various diseases.
3. Role of Bandhas, Mudras, Dhristis in the management of various diseases.
4. Effects of various Yogic Practices on different systems.
5. Overview of Yoga Research.
6. Yoga therapy for all systemic disorders.
7. Meditation and its application on Psychosomatic disorders.

Unit 2: (30 hours)
Yoga and Relaxation Techniques
1. Teaching method of Yoga
2. Yoga and Mental Health
3. Guiding Principles in establishing Yogic diagnosis.
4. Working out the prescription for instituting Yoga therapy.
5. Administering Yoga therapy.
6. Understanding the scope and limitations of Yoga Therapy.
