i. Collection of blood, study of fresh drop of blood.
ii. Enumeration of RBC, estimation of Haemoglobin.
iii. Enumeration of total and differential counts of WBC
iv. Determination of blood groups

b.Human Physiology experiments* :(40 hours)
i. Recording of blood pressure, pulse rate and respiration
ii. Stethoscopy, normal body temperature and its physiological variation.

c.Clinical examination of heart sounds and lungs.Analysis of normal and abnormal Urine,Stool,Sputum.(40 hours)
