i. Yoga - Definition, origin, basis, purpose & application. Yogic concept of Health & Disease.
ii. Historical  highlights of Yoga - Practices  and  literature from ancient  to modern times.
iii. Concept of Panchakosha in Yoga
iv. Composition of the human body according to Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Modern Medicine,  Homoeopathy,  Unani. iii.Aútañga Yoga–Yama, Niyama, Ásana, Pránáyáma, Prathyáhára, Dhárana, Dhyána, Samádhi & their Therapeutic impact on our common health problems.
iv. Streams of Yoga as - Jòána Yoga, Karma Yoga, Rája Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, Náda Yoga, Haûha Yoga, Laya Yoga.
vii. Ásanas - Importance in maintenance of positive health, Methods, Rules & Regulations and limitations of each Ásanas.
viii. The importance and values of Pranáyáma & Kriyas - their methods,importance, rules and regulations.
ix. History and Philosophy of Mahaøúi Pátanjala, Kapil,Lord Køúïa, Vyása, Nárad, Vaúista, Ùankarácárya, Gorakshanatha, Aurobindo, Lord Buddha, Swámi Vivekánanda, Swámi Ùivánanda and Mahaøúi Mahesh Yogi.
x. Úaû Darùanás – Comparisons of Úaû Darùanás.
