iv. Composition of the human body according to Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Modern Medicine, Homoeopathy, Unani.
iii.Aútañga Yoga–Yama, Niyama, Ásana, Pránáyáma, Prathyáhára, Dhárana, Dhyána, Samádhi & their Therapeutic impact on our common health problems.
iv. Streams of Yoga as - Jòána Yoga, Karma Yoga, Rája Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, Náda Yoga, Haûha Yoga, Laya Yoga.
vii. Ásanas - Importance in maintenance of positive health, Methods, Rules & Regulations and limitations of each Ásanas.
