A.Massage (25 hours)
1. Definition.
2. Basic needs of Massage, characteristics of a masseur.
3. Therapeutic use of different types of oil.
4. Massage techniques in Swedish Massage.
5. Massage techniques for different parts of the body.
6. Physiological effects and uses of massage.
7. Massage techniques in different diseases.
8. Contra - indications of Massage.

B. Acupressure(25 hours)
1. Definition and concepts of Acupressure.
2. Principles of Acupressure.
3. Material and methods of Acupressure.
4. Contra indications and complications of Acupressure.
5. General Physiological effects of Acupressure.

C. Reflexology (10 hours)
1. Reflexology, history, development & principles.
2. Body and its reflex zones.
3. Applications, indications and contraindications.
4. Preventive aspects of reflexology.
