6. Preparation of the low cost balanced diet for different population.
7. Cookery Practical and Natural Recipes of Soups, Salads, Green Chutney items in a variety.
8. Methods of cooking - nutrient losses and preservation.
9. Menu planning using various food sources and raw foods in general and for patients.
10. Demonstration of Sprouts.

Natural Recipes
Qualities of food according to Yoga. Knowledge of Sattvik, Rajasika and Tamasik food. Their importance. Preparation at the Nature Cure Hospital.
