Unit 1:(10 hours)
Chromotherapy
1. Composition of sun rays
2. Physiological effects of Sun Light – on Metabolism, Blood and its circulation, Nervous system, Skin.
3. Techniques of application of Sun rays
4. Different colours and their effects
5. Method of chromotherapy by using various colours
6. Charging of : Water, Oil, Ghee, Sugar, Milk
7. Diet and dress – Chromotherapy way
8. Internal colours of walls of the house etc.
9. Chromothermoleum
10. Chromodisc.
11. Uses and contra indications of various colours
12. Chromotherapy for common diseases

Unit 2: (10 hours)
Magnetotherapy
1. Definition of Magnetotherapy
2. Historical highlights
3. Magnetism in the universe
4. Effects of magnetism on living organs
5. Magnets and their composition
• Natural and artificial magnets
• Permanent Magnets – Classification
• Powers of Magnets - Low, medium, High power magnets.
• Electromagnets, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic bed Magnetic belts
• Techniques of application of magnets in various ailments
• Magnetized water and oil
• Advantage and contra indications of Magneto therapy

Unit 3: (10 hours)
Aromotherapy
a. History
b. Methods of preparation of Aromatic oils
c. Methods of uses of Aromatic herbs
d. Brief description, properties, indications and contra – indications of 12 most commonly used aromatic oils:
• Cederwood oil, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Holy Basil, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemongrass, Orange, Rose, Rosemerry, Sandle Wood, Vetiver.
