ii. The antiquity of Vedas and Upaniñads.
iii. Prasthäna Traya – çruti prasthäna, småti prasthäna nad Nyäya prasthäna.
iv. Philosophical principles of Vedas and Upaniñads.
v. the main conclusions of the Upaniñads
vi. The lifestyle prescriptions, Techniques for personality transformations, Symptoms of growth, Hurdles & solutions, the ultimate goal--perfect health.

Essence of Four Vedas
Essence of four Vedas and their application in the society

iv. Atharva Veda


Chapter 3: (20 hours)
Essence of Five Upaniñads 1
