Chapter 1: (8 hours)
Äsanas with Textual Reference from Hatha Yoga Pradépikä
i Classification of äsanas.
ii Important äsanas in the context of Kuëòaliné awakening.
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected äsanas with reference to Hatha yoga pradépikä.
iv Commonalities of äsanas with other texts.


Chapter 2: (8 hours)
Äsanas with Textual Reference from Haöha Ratnävali
i Classification of äsanas
ii Important äsanas in the context of Kuëòaliné awakening
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected äsanas with special reference to Haöharatnävali.
iv Commonalities of äsanas with other texts.

Chapter 3: (7 hours)
Äsanas with Textual Reference from Gheraëòa Samhitä
i Classification of äsanas
ii Important äsanas in the context of Kuëòalinié awakening
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected äsanas with special reference to Gheraëòa Samhitä.
iv Commonalities of äsanas with other texts


Chapter 4: (7 hours)
Äsanas with Textual Reference from Çiva Samhitä and Gorakña Samhitä
i Classification of äsanas.
ii Important äsanas in the context of Kuëòaliné awakening.
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected äsanas with reference to Çiva samhitä and Gorakña samhitä.
iv Commonalities of äsanas with other texts.
