Yoga and Health and Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy
Concept of body, Health and disease and concept of yoga
Ädhi and Vyädhi
Principle of Yoga Therapy in relation to Yoga Väsiñöha
Practices at païca koças level
Annamaya, Präïamaya, Manomaya, Vijïänamaya and Änandamaya kosa
Principle of Yoga Therapy in relation to Haöha Ratnävali and Gheraëòa Samhitä 8 hours \


Chapter 2: (10 hours)
Introduction to Basic concepts of Naturopathy


Chapter 3: (10 hours)
Introduction to Basic concepts of Äyurveda
i. The four aspects of life (Soul, Mind, Senses and Body)
ii. Païcamahäbhütas (the five element theory),
iii. Ähära, Vihära and Auñadhi (three pillars of äyurveda)
iv. Concept, role and importance of – Doña, Dhätu, Mala, Updhätu, Srotas, Indriya, Agni, Präëa, Präëäyatna, Prakåti, Deha Prakåti, Mänasa Prakåti.
v. Concept of Dinacaryä (daily routine), concept of Åtucaryä (seasonal routine), svasthavåtta and ñaòvåtta in Äyurveda.
vi. The disease process in Païcakarma theory.
vii. Concept of Païcakarma in managing a disease (five main procedures).
viii.Concept of Pürvakarma (preparing for païcakarma)

Introduction to Basic concepts of Unäné & Siddha

Introduction to Basic concepts of Homeopathy
