1. Präëäyäma with combination of kumbhaka, mudräs and bandhas
2. Samvåtti Präëäyäma and Viñama våtti Präëäyäma.
3. Anatara mauna, japäjapa, cidäkäça, deharakñaka, hådaya rakñaka, yoga nidrä.
