Chapter-2
Breath – The Bridge.Standing, Sitting and Supine.

Chapter-3
Loosening Exercises. Ůithilčkaraďa Vyáyáma.

Chapter-4
Harmonise and relax, Standing, Sitting, Prone, Supine, Topsy-Turvy Postures and Relaxation Techniques.

Chapter-5
Balance the Vital life. Práďa and Práďáyáma, Schools in Práďáyáma, Postures for Práďáyáma and Meditation, Mudras for Práďáyáma, Preparatory practices for Práďáyáma, Práďáyáma.

Chapter-6
Vanquish the Root cause – Ádhi.

Chapter-7
Meditaion and Silencce, Nádánusandhána, Om Dháyana, The Science of Emotions Culture, corrections of wrong Notions.
