An introduction Puďya and Pápa karma.

Chapter 2(8 hours)
Birth, life span and experiences due to Karmavipáka.

Chapter 3(5 hours)
Root cause for joy and happiness.

Chapter 4(9 hours)
The results of internalization of Yama and Niyamas.

Chapter 5(7 hours)
Importance of Mahávratam.

Chapter 6(8 hours)
Methods to eradicate Vitarka and its effects.

Chapter 7(9 hours)
Description of Niyamas and its effects.

Note:
— 5 hours for taking a special guidance while preparing their assignments and doing reference works.
— 2 hours for conducting seminars and colloquiums.
