i Classification of Ásanas.
ii Important Ásanas in the context of Kuďăalinč awakening.
iii Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual aspects of selected Ásanas with special reference to Haűharatnávalč.
iv Commonalities of Ásanas with other texts.

Ásanas with Textual Reference from Gheraďăa Saýhitá
