In the gamat of Yogic texts this is very exhastive and voluminous in itsform and utility. This well-known text of Vedánta hormonises Yoga and Vedánta.

Chapter 1: (5 hours)
Introduction - Prelude for preparing a stage for diologue.

Chapter 2: (5 hours)
Life is full of sorrows - the story of Rámas dejection. The strenght of time.

Chapter 3: (4 hours)
Two-fold human efforts, contrary to scriptures and that or dained by scriptures.

Chapter 4: (4 hours)
Two-fold human efforts, contrary to scriptures and that ordained by scriptures.

Chapter 5: (4 hours)
The power of thought in the light of story of Aindava.

Chapter 6: (5 hours)
The power of Ideation, the renunciation of mental impressions in the light of many stories, four kinds of Convictions.

Chapter 7: (4 hours)
The awakening of Janaka, Bandhasvarüpam, the world is full of play of Mind, the charecteristics of one who is libarated,nature of Bramha.

Chapter 8: (4 hours)
The enquiry into the self, teaching of Lord.

Chapter 9: (4 hours)
Seven degrees of Jnána and Ajnána, the power of Avidyá - story of Lavaďa, puritfication of the mind - story of Bhřgu.

Chapter 10: (5 hours)
The concept of Ahańkára, its origination, divisions of Ahańkára, Manifestations of Individual soul (Jčvás).

Chapter 11: (4 hours)
Mind destruction; controlling the movement of mind,calming the mind etc.

Chapter 12: (4 hours)
Two kinds of Yogas in Yogavásiúűha.

Chapter 13: (4 hours)
Worship of Deities; different customs, how to carry on etc.,cause of Saýsára, stages of Yoga - Story of Ikúváku.
