Bhagavad Gètá is a work-book for Yoga practitioners. Consisting of 18 chapters, covering 700 Ùlokás, focusing on spiritually base Yogic life. According to Bhagavad Gètá Eco-Friendly life is considered as Yoga or Yajòa. The life is equated with Yajòa. Upto thirtien chapter it deals with Mind Transforming Technique which deals with four types of Yogas. From fourtienth chapter upto the end of Gètá, it deals with Mind Analysing Technique based on Triguïas.

Viúáda and its off-shoots.

Chapter 3:(3 hours)
Role of Sáñkhya Yoga in human treansformation.

Chapter 4:(2 hours)
Role of Karma Yoga with special reference to concept of Yajna.

Chapter 5:(3 hours)
Role of Jnána Yoga for mental sublimation and purification.

Chapter 6:(3 hours)
Internal and External journey of mankind in the light of Buddhi Yoga.

Chapter 7:(2 hours)
Opening the Divine eye up in the light of Viùvarüpadarùanam.

Chapter 8:(2 hours)
Chanalizing of mental power and achieving mental purity by Practice of Bhakti Yoga.

Chapter 9:(2 hours)
The Description of Jòána and Ajòána in the light of Kúetra-Kúetrajòa-Viveka.

Chapter 10:(3 hours)
Guïatraya Viveka.

Chapter 11:(2 hours)
