Chapter 1:(15 Hours)
Concept of body, health and disease, concept of Yoga, Paòca Koùa, the basis for the IAYT, practices of Annamaya, Práïámaya, Manomaya, Vijòánamaya and Ánandamaya Koùas.

Chapter 2:(15 Hours)
Health and Yoga Therapy through Yoga Vásiúûha: Concepts of Ádhi and Vyádhi as found in Yoga Vásiúûha, the remedial measures, Handling the mind and emotions, enhancing the power of discrimination.

Chapter 3:(15 Hours)
Health and Yoga Therapy through Gheraïãa Saýhitá: Historical aspects, life of Gheraïãa, the dimensions of Haûha Yoga, contributed by Gheraïãa in comparision to other texts, study of the text and their usefulness in modern times.

Chapter 4:(15 Hours)
Health and Yoga Therapy through Haûha Ratnávali, study of the text and their usefulness in modern times.
