2. Samvřtti Práďáyáma and Viúama Vřtti Pránáyáma.
3. Anahata Mauna, Japájapa, Cidákáůa, Deharakúaka, Hřdaya Rakůaka, Yoga Nidrá.
4. Trataka Session
a. Starting Prayer (Om Sahanavavatu....)
b. Eye Exercises
i. UP and Down or vertical movements of eye Balls.
ii. Right and left or Horizontal Movement of eye Balls.
iii. Diagonal Movement of Eye Balls
iv. Rotational or circular movement of Eye Balls.
c. Gazing:
i. Focusing
ii. Intensive focusing (on the tip of the wick)
iii. De-focusing (in 4 step)
d. Silence (at the end of it all; sit quite for some time.)
e. Closing Prayer
