Chapter 1 (10 hours)
Introduction to Vedas and Upanisads

i. An introduction to Vedic philosophies.
ii. The antiquity of Vedas and Upanisads.
iii. Prasthana Traya – shruti prasthana, smrti prasthana nad Nyaya prasthana.
iv. Philosophical principles of Vedas and Upanisads.
v. the main conclusions of the Upanisads
vi. The lifestyle prescriptions, Techniques for personality transformations, Symptoms of growth, Hurdles & solutions, the ultimate goal--perfect health.

Chapter 2 (10 hours)
Essence of Four Vedas

Essence of four Vedas and their application in the society
i. Rig Veda
ii. Yajur Veda
iii. Sama Veda
iv. Atharva Veda

Chapter 3 (10 hours)
Essence of Five Upanisads 1

i. Aitreya
ii. Isha Upanisat
iii. Mandukya
iv. Mundaka
v. Taittiriya Upanisat

Chapter 4 (10 hours)
Essence of Five Upanisads 2

i. Katha Upanisat
ii. Kena Upanisat
iii. Brhadaranyaka
iv. Chandogya
