THE DAILY ROUTINE consists of activities starting from very early in the morning and integrates practices that target different levels, so that within one day you would be able to work on improving all dimensions of your health.

6.30 to 7.00 AM Yogic Kriyas
7.15 to 8.00 AM Maitri Milan
8.00 to 10.55 AM Juice, Ayurveda, Naturopathy and Acupressure treatments,Counselling.
11.00 to 11.55 PM  Lunch and rest, DRT
12.00 to 12.55 PM Parameters
1.00 to 1.55 PM CM
2.00 to 3.00 PM Lecture
3.00 to 3.40 PM Juice, Exercise therapy, Acupuncture/Acupressure.
3.45 to 5.00 PM Special Technique and Pranayama
5.00 to 5.55 PM Tuning to nature
6.00 to 6.25 PM Bhajan.
6.30 to 7.25 PM Dinner
7.30 to 8.10 PM Trataka (3 days), MSRT (3 days)
8.15 to9.25 PM Happy Assembly (2 days), Satsang (3 Days), Q&A(1day)
9.30 PM Juice/Special Drinks.
    • DRT – Deep Relaxation Technique
    • CM – Cyclic Meditation
    • MSRT –Mind Sound Resonance Technique

    Wednesday
    4.45pm to 5.30pm Valedictory function – prayer hall

    Friday
    (NOTE: - For New Participants)
    8.45am - Discharging from Prashanti Kutiram to Ekanath Bhawan
    10.00am - Bus for Eknath Bhavan to Prasanti Kutiram for new participants.
    12.00 to 1.00pm - Reception cum Lunch
    2.00 to 5.00pm - Consultation cum parameters by respective section Dr & Therapist.
    5.00 to 5.30pm - Malt cum tuning the nature.
    6.00 to 6.30pm - Bhajan
    6.30 to 7.30pm - Lecture by Dr.R.Nagaratna

    Theory class
    Saturday:
    Om Meditation - 6.00 am
    Cyclic Meditation (CM) - 4.15 pm - 5.00 pm
    M.S.R.T - 8.30 pm
    Trataka Theory - 8.30 pm
    Sunday : Kriya Theory - 8.30 pm
    Daily Kriya practice - 5.15 am

    Instructions : Please try to follow the routine and attend all the sessions.
                           Please switch off your mobile all the time and fix a 1hr time suitable to you to talk.
                           Keep your chappals/shoes in proper order in racks.
                           Maintain silence in class rooms & dining hall.
                           Bring your yoga mat, note book & pen to all the sessions.
                           Please inform your section therapist if any problem.
                           On Tuesdays 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm Observance of Mouna (Silence)
